Key Responsibilities:

* Perform reactive and pre-planned maintenance on-site (Royal Surrey Hospital).

* Ensure optimum performance of all mechanical and electrical equipment.

* Meet key performance indicators (KPIs).

* Handle modifications and installations as required.

* Coordinate with sub-contractors and external suppliers.

* Engage effectively with clients and management.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

* City & Guild Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent

* 17th or 18th Edition

* Prior experience in a healthcare environment would be beneficial but not essential.

* Competence in report writing and handling paperwork.

Shift Pattern:

* Monday to Friday

* 8am - 5pm
