Management Accountant | Cheshire | on-site role | c50k to 60k (DOE) 

Axon Moore is partnering with a growing, privately owned investment management group set for expansion through acquisition. Reporting to the Group Finance Director, this key No.2 role offers significant exposure and career development.

Role Overview
Reporting directly to the high-calibre Group Finance Director, you will play a key role in the company's transition towards a centralised finance structure, owning month-end close, reporting, balance sheet control, payroll accounting, and supporting finance system rollouts across multiple entities.

Key Duties

Lead month-end close and management reporting
Balance sheet reconciliations and payroll accounting
Support group-wide process and system improvements
Deliver financial insight to Group FD and assist with budgeting
Collaborate across teams to enhance accuracy and controls
Candidate Profile

ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
2+ years in management accounting
Strong Excel, reporting, and reconciliation skills
Multi-entity experience; ERP/project rollout a plus
