The Role
As the Dual Registration Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the effective management and coordination of all dual registration processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards. You will provide strong operational oversight, maintain accurate records, and drive continuous improvement across all registration pathways.
 
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all aspects of the dual registration lifecycle
Ensure full regulatory compliance and maintain high-quality documentation
Act as the main point of contact for internal teams, applicants, and external regulators
Lead process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience
Maintain accurate data and ensure systems are updated in line with regulatory changes
Support and guide staff involved in registration processes, offering training and quality checks
Identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and implement best practices
Build strong relationships with external bodies, governing authorities, and partners
About You

You have experience in dual registration, compliance, accreditation, or regulatory operations
You possess strong knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks
You have excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
You are detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in decision-making
You are passionate about maintaining high standards and driving continuous improvement
You excel at building positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels
