Vehicle Technician - Luton

Salary: £32,000 Basic + OTE up to £60,000

Pembrook Resourcing are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established dealership in Luton who are looking to add an experienced Vehicle Technician to their busy and growing workshop.

This is an excellent opportunity offering strong earning potential with realistic OTE of up to £60,000.

The Role:

Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs

*

Diagnosing faults using the latest diagnostic equipment

*

Completing work to manufacturer standards

*

Undertaking warranty repairs and recall work

*

Ensuring all job cards and documentation are completed accurately

*

Maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency

The Ideal Candidate:

*

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair

*

Previous dealership or strong independent garage experience

*

Confident in diagnostics and fault finding

*

MOT licence (advantageous but not essential)

*

Strong work ethic and team player

*

Full UK driving licence
