Warehouse Supervisor – Feltham

Salary: £37,500 | Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00 – 16:30 / 09:30 – 18:00hrs.

We’re looking for two Warehouse Supervisors to join a fast-paced operation in Feltham. You’ll be responsible for supporting the smooth running of the warehouse, leading teams, and ensuring all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including Goods In/Out, stock control, and effective use of space
• Supervise warehouse staff, allocate tasks, and ensure workloads are completed accurately and on time
• Maintain accurate records across all processes, ensuring company procedures are followed at all times
• Manage stock movement, including receipt, storage, picking, loading, and system updates
• Monitor stock levels, investigate discrepancies or damages, and implement corrective actions
• Carry out regular audits and stock checks (weekly, monthly, and annual) to ensure accuracy
• Ensure high standards of health & safety, including inspections, audits, and safe working practices
• Support recruitment, training, and development of warehouse staff, including performance reviews
• Approve holiday requests and ensure adequate staffing levels across all shifts
• Step in to lead the operation in the absence of the Warehouse Manager
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Produce operational and inventory reports, keeping systems up to date

About You:

• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Good understanding of warehouse operations, stock control, and logistics processes
• Confident using warehouse systems and producing reports
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Committed to maintaining high standards of health & safety and team performance
