We are a dynamic, growing commercial interiors company specialising in the design and build of high-end workspaces that inspire and elevate the way people work. As our business expands, we are seeking a talented Estimator to join our team and play a key role in bringing exceptional office fit-out projects to life.

You'll work closely with design, delivery, and commercial teams to produce accurate, commercially sound estimates for fast-paced projects, typically up to £2M in value.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce clear, competitive, and precise cost estimates

Apply value engineering to maximise project efficiency

*

Develop and refine scalable quoting systems to drive profitability

*

Manage workload and prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines

*

Accurately integrate overheads and margins into all costings

*

Collaborate with the Design team to ensure commercial viability

*

Support tender submissions and contribute to successful bid outcomes

*

Analyse supplier/subcontractor quotes to reduce cost and risk

*

Conduct site visits and surveys using Matterport Scanner where required

What We're Looking For:

*

Proven experience as an Estimator within the Commercial Interiors / Design & Build sector

*

Track record of managing tenders and estimates up to £2M+

*

Knowledge of commercial fit-out processes, materials, and product pricing

*

Strong organisational and multitasking skills

*

Detail-oriented with excellent numeracy and analytical skills

*

Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills

*

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

*

Full UK/EU driving licence

*

Fluent in English
