Lettings Property Manager - Redland, Bristol - up to £28k (Salary Negotiable)

My client is an award-winning independent Lettings Agency who have been established in the area for over 12 years and have built up an impressive reputation for providing a first class personal service to their clients. Due to ongoing growth, they are looking for an experienced Lettings Property Manager who will be responsible for a portfolio of 170 properties, being the first point of contact for all tenants, landlords and contractors.

Main Duties for the Lettings Property Manager role:

• Managing a portfolio of 170 properties
• Conducting check ins/outs
• Out of office inventories
• Out of office inspections
• Liaising with tenants and landlords regarding maintenance works
• Liaising with contractors and instructing repairs
• Creating virtual tours with our 3D camera
• Advertising and copy writing
• Liasing with the sales team

Skills Required:

• Great communication and negotiation skills
• A love of organisation
• Attention to detail
• Genuine interest in the property sector
• Must have full driving licence and your own transport
• Some property experience and knowledge of lettings legislation is highly desirable
