Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Counterbalance FLT Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while adhering to all regulations and company policies. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, as well as the ability to handle materials and equipment effectively.

Responsibilities

* Safely operate FLT to transport goods to designated locations.

* Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.

* Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including shipping documents and inventory logs.

* Assist in warehouse management tasks, including shipping and receiving operations.

* Conduct routine inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs.

* Collaborate with staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely deliveries.

* Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the road and in the warehouse.

Skills

* Strong basic maths skills for calculating weights, measurements, and quantities.

* Valid Counterbalance FLT licence.

* Knowledge of materials handling techniques to ensure safe transportation of goods.

* Mechanical knowledge for basic equipment repair and maintenance tasks.

* Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.

* Capability to perform heavy lifting as required during loading and unloading activities.
