Production Operative - Nights

Location: Tamworth
Pay: £14.23 per hour (including night premium)
Hours: Night Shift | Monday - Thursday

The Best Connection Tamworth are recruiting Production Operatives (Nights) for our client's expanding manufacturing site. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided. This is a great opportunity offering excellent night shift hours and potential for permanent positions after a successful trial period.

Pay & Working Hours

• Monday - Thursday nights
• 3 nights: 18:00 - 06:00
• 1 nights: 18:00 - 02:00
• Training will be on day shifts for 4-6 weeks initially
• £14.23 per hour (including night premium)

Job Overview

This role involves working within a manufacturing environment producing circuit boards. Duties include both machine operation and manual tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating plating machinery and loading programs into computer-controlled equipment
• Electrically copper plating boards
• Carrying out manual handling tasks
• Adding and monitoring chemicals in line with process requirements
• Ensuring all work is completed to quality and safety standards

Requirements

• No previous experience required - full training provided
• Willingness to learn and work nights
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
