Domestic Electrician - Long-Term Opportunity Cornwall

We're offering a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Electrician to join one of the UK's most reputable and award-winning housing associations. This is a long-term position covering Cornwall and the surrounding areas, with the potential to go permanent.

You'll be working in occupied domestic properties, carrying out a variety of reactive and planned maintenance-perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of fault-finding, repairs, and testing without the pressure of site work.

What You'll Be Doing

Reactive electrical repairs in domestic properties
EICR testing and fault finding
Consumer unit upgrades
Socket replacements, fan installations, shower wiring
General second fix and maintenance workWhat's In It for You?

£23-£25 per hour (based on experience & qualifications)
Company van, fuel card & tools provided
Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm - no weekends

18th Edition (essential)
Level 3 NVQ / City & Guilds in Electrical Installation
2391 Testing & Inspection (essential)
AM2 (desirable)
Full UK Driving Licence
