Do you have experience in European road freight forwarding? Are you ready to take the lead and build something from the ground up?

If you're looking to take the next step in your freight career and play a pivotal role in launching a new department within an established transport business, this could be the ideal move for you.

This is a newly created role within a well-established and successful road transport company, who are now setting up a dedicated freight forwarding department. Backed by strong leadership and infrastructure, you'll have the autonomy to help shape the service offering and make a real impact.

The Role:

• Manage and coordinate road freight forwarding operations across UK & Europe

• Liaise with customers, hauliers and carriers to ensure smooth end-to-end service

• Handle quotations, bookings, documentation and customer updates

• Support the development of new business opportunities

• Work closely with senior management to scale the department

You will need:

• Previous experience in European Road Freight Forwarding

• Strong commercial and operational knowledge of groupage, part load, and full load services

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to lead initiatives
