Are you a Ex Military / Electrical Engineer or similar looking to take a step away from hands-on work, where you will get the opportunity to work for one of the largest UK engineering and military powerhouses in the UK, where you will have your teaching qualifications paid for, shadow for 6 months & utilise your knowledge through training the next generation of engineers?

In this role, your primary responsibilities include delivering training in Electrical principles through theory and practical training. You will be involved in maintaining and updating training documentation, assessing student course work, and providing feedback on their performance. Additionally, you must ensure the implementation and compliance with company security, health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times. Previous training experience is not required, as the company is willing to fund a teaching qualification & allow you to shadow for the first 6 months.

This role would suit an Level 3 Qualified Engineer, Electrician or similar looking for an exciting opportunity to directly impact the future of Military Engineers and unlock your full potential as a Trainer. THE ROLE:
* Providing training to future Engineers
* Assess coursework and provide feedback
* 37-hour week, 8:30am-4:30pm

THE PERSON:
* Electrical Engineer / Ex Military
* Level 3 Engineering Qualification or similar
* No teaching experience needed - training program & shadowing for first 6 months
* Based commutable to Gosport
