Hours: 37 hours week (Monday-Friday)
The CHASE is an exciting new provision for SEND learners and is based at SGS Stroud Campus. The provision is based around catering, hospitality and supported employment for high needs learners. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, supportive and skilled individuals to join our dynamic team.
A specialist SEND Lecturer is required for our highly successful and growing CHASE (Catering, Hospitality and Supported Employment) facility based at SGS Campus. You will work with young people aged 16-24 with a range of barriers to learning; enabling them to become more independent and supporting them into employability and supported living through a variety of courses.

SGS College have an exciting opportunity for a specialist SEND Lecturer at The CHASE, based at our Stroud campus.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
v Under the supervision of the Programme Area Lead you will plan, prepare and teach students with a wide range of barriers to learning.
v Adapt and differentiate teaching materials accordingly and use any specialist equipment required.
v Co-ordinate work of support staff.
v Encourage personal development via tutorial and pastoral work with learners.
Beneficial Skills & Qualifications
v Teaching Qualification (preferably SEND)
v Recent and relevant SEND teaching experience
v IT literate
v Good organisational skills
