Commercial Manager - Passive Fire Protection

Construo Recruitment is currently recruiting a Commercial Manager to join a growing and dynamic Passive Fire Protection (PFP) business. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial professional to play a key role in the continued development and success of a specialist contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead commercial operations across all Passive Fire Protection projects

* Develop and manage commercial processes from enquiry to project delivery

* Produce accurate invoicing, forecasting, and cashflow reports

* Support contract management with valuations, materials, and work progress

* Monitor and report monthly on CVRs, profitability, and key metrics

* Maintain up-to-date Schedules of Rates and pricing databases

* Review and improve commercial and operational processes for growth

* Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and suppliers for smooth project delivery

* Provide clear communication and regular updates to all stakeholders

Ideal Candidate:

* Strong background in commercial management within Passive Fire Protection or construction

* Excellent understanding of fire strategies, supply chain, and valuation processes

* Effective communicator with proven stakeholder management skills

* Analytical and detail-oriented with strong reporting abilities

* Proactive and positive team player able to drive improvements and efficiencies
