Planner required within the energy sector of a construction company in the Bristol area.

Focus will be on planning this includes:

1. Conducting reviews on planning information for tenders. Reading all planning documentation (given by clients & on planning portal).Summarise all requirements and next steps (highlighting any red flags).Contacting suppliers (ecological, Archaeology, plan & seeds, archaeologists, to identify prices and availability) (build a database)Creating coherent summary reportsPresent findings to tendering team.

2. Manage handover of findings to Project manager. Monitor sites are complying to the planning requirements throughout construction (with meetings and site visits)

You will be reporting to the Quality and Compliance Manager.
