Salary: £35.00 - £60.30 per hour

Role: Quality Partner - Global Quality & Regulatory OperationsLocation: Eurocentral, Lanarkshire (Scotland), with some travel to Stirling sites Hours: Hybrid, full-time with 3 days a week in office (6-month contract)Pay: £35 - £45 PAYE per hour (excluding holiday pay) or £46.91 - £60.30 via Umbrella (including holiday pay)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Quality Partner to join one of our established clients on a 6-month contract inside IR35. Based at their Eurocentral offices in Lanarkshire, with occasional travel to Stirling, this role will support global quality and regulatory operations during a period of change and transition.

The Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience within a quality or regulatory environment
  • Degree (BSc/MSc) in Life Sciences, Data Science, or related discipline (or equivalent experience/qualification)
  • Strong knowledge of compliance processes, document management, and regulatory standards
  • Confident communicator able to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels
  • Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and supporting less experienced quality professionals
  • Proactive approach with the ability to identify, escalate, and resolve issues effectively

The Role:

  • Support the migration of a document management system, ensuring integration and compliance with standards
  • Develop and implement policies for record retention, including paper archives
  • Manage and initiate document workflows to ensure efficiency and adherence to procedures
  • Author and review technical documents and provide guidance on quality-related matters
  • Prepare documentation and support readiness for audits
  • Train, coach, and mentor colleagues, building capability across the quality function
  • Work independently to complete daily activities while driving improvements and process efficiency
  • Collaborate across departments and global teams, championing a culture of continuous improvement and quality focus
