We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Refuse Loader to join our team. In this role, you will support the efficient collection and handling of waste materials, ensuring operations run smoothly and safely. This position is physically demanding and requires a strong commitment to teamwork and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Collect and load refuse, recycling, and green waste onto collection vehicles
Assist the driver with safe and efficient route completion
Handle bins, sacks, and containers in a safe and timely manner
Ensure all waste is collected in accordance with company and environmental regulations
Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and work areas
Report any issues such as damaged bins, missed collections, or safety concerns
Follow all health and safety procedures at all timesSkills & Requirements

No previous experience required
Good level of physical fitness (role involves lifting, walking, and working outdoors in all weather conditions)
Ability to work early mornings
Effective communication and teamwork skills
A proactive and reliable approach to work
