Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Field Staff Supervisor to join our team at Heathrow Airport. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of £65,241 plus a car and a 3% bonus.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage a team of around 20 craftspersons, ensuring high standards of safety and productivity .
• Collaborate with Supervisors, Managers, Field Engineers, and Planners to optimise resource utilisation and improve customer experiences.
• Oversee project and fault management, ensuring quality and consistency in jointing and defect rectification .
• Manage the transport fleet, plant, and equipment to meet operational requirements .
• Support the Operations Manager in strategic vision and implementation .

What We Need:

• Experienced resource manager or Supervisor with a background in electrical distribution.
• Familiarity with organisational policies and procedures.
• Ideally, a technical background with qualifications such as ONC or City & Guilds 2339 in Electrical Power Engineering.
• Willingness to obtain an IOSH certificate in managing health and safety within six months.
