Project Manager or Senior Site Manager

I am currently working with a leading regional contractor based in Hampshire who have just secured a new £5.5m design and build scheme in Portsmouth. They are looking to recruit a project manager to take this scheme from start to finish.

The project is a steel frame commercial build due to start in May with a circa 60 week programme being delivered under a JCT Design and Build Contract. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of leading schemes at a similar value from start to finish. My client is open to consider trade or academic background candidates for this role.

You will report to a visiting contracts manager and will lead the client relationship as well as managing the project. In return my client will offer a leading salary and package and the opportunity to progress in to a project managers position.
