We're looking for a skilled Field Service Coffee Engineer to join our growing team, working with high-end commercial coffee machines across London.

The Role

This is a hands-on, customer-facing position where no two days are the same. You'll be out in the field diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining premium commercial coffee equipment, ensuring our customers receive reliable, high-quality service every time.

Key Responsibilities:

* Diagnosing, repairing, and servicing commercial coffee machines

* Responding promptly to breakdowns and service calls

* Completing job reports and logging work using Field Service Software

* Delivering professional, friendly customer support on-site

* Working closely with our Service Team as the business continues to grow

What We're Looking For

Experience & Skills

* Minimum 3 years' experience as a field-based coffee engineer

* Strong technical knowledge of both traditional and bean-to-cup machines

* Experience working with premium commercial equipment

* Full UK driving licence

* Proof of Right to Work in the UK

* Confident, organised, and calm under pressure
