The role involves arranging transport, preparing documentation, liaising with clients and overseas agents, ensuring customs compliance, and overseeing shipments to final delivery. This is a fast-paced position requiring strong organisational skills and attention to detail.(Export Coordinator) - Position Responsibilities

• Manage export shipments end-to-end - from booking to final delivery.
• Arrange transport with carriers, agents, and overseas partners.
• Prepare accurate export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading).
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and Incoterms.
• Keep clients updated every step of the way.(Export Coordinator) - Position Requirements
• Previous experience in export coordination/freight forwarding.
• Knowledge of export documentation, customs clearance, and international trade rules.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple shipments and deadlines.

(Export Coordinator) - Position Remuneration

• Salary £30,000 - £32,000
• Bonus Scheme - dependent on Company profits
• Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
• 20 days holiday + Bank holidays
