Job Title: Unqualified Teacher

Salary: £600 - £650 per week

GSL Education are seeking confident and motivated Unqualified Teachers to work in a number of secondary schools in Worksop, supporting learning and delivering pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4.

About the Role:

As an Unqualified Teacher, you will take responsibility for delivering pre-prepared lessons, ensuring students remain engaged, on task and supported throughout the lesson. You will play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of teaching staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-set lessons across KS3 and KS4
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Ensure students remain focused and engaged throughout lessons
Support learning across a range of subjects
Maintain a safe, structured and positive classroom environment
Report any issues or concerns to relevant school staff
Follow lesson plans provided by teaching staff
Requirements:

Experience working with young people (schools, tutoring, coaching, youth work or similar)
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Confident ability to lead a class independently
Professional, adaptable and reliable approach
Ability to build rapport with secondary-aged students
