The Opportunity

This is a fantastic position for someone who is highly organised, commercially aware and detail-driven, looking to take ownership of key administrative processes while building a long-term career.

Working closely with the internal sales, marketing and office teams, you will become an essential part of the day-to-day operation, ensure the smooth flow of information and contributing to the business’ ongoing growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

You will be the central point of coordination for administration and sales support, including:

  • Managing the full lead generation pipeline—tracking, reporting and supporting the sales team monthly
  • Updating and maintaining internal records, databases and scanned documentation
  • Welcoming visitors and managing reception duties
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, post, parcels and customer sample requests
  • Coordinating meetings, diary schedules and arranging catering
  • Supporting employee wellbeing initiatives and assisting with internal events
  • Providing additional marketing and office support where required

Benefits & Hours

  • Monday–Thursday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • Friday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
  • 23 days holiday + bank holidays
