Salary: £28,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission Scheme

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 - 17:00

Your Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll own the entire recruitment cycle:

Develop and build long-term client partnerships in the Industrial sector.

*

Generating leads and new businesses wins,

*

Source, screen, and interview candidates using innovative methods.

*

Create job adverts and market vacancies effectively.

*

Hit KPIs and revenue targets while delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.

*

Collaborate with the team to share best practices and drive results.

Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, within Industrial or Driving sectors.

Strong business development skills - you love hunting for new clients and growing accounts.
