Sales Executive - Derby

Hours: Full-Time (Monday - Friday)
Salary: £26,000 - £35,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively generate new business through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and referrals

Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring excellent client relationships

*

Develop a strong sales pipeline and deliver against KPIs and revenue targets

Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability

Prepare and present sales proposals to decision-makers and stakeholders

What we're looking for:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, Field Sales Executive, or in a target-driven sales role

*

Strong B2B or B2C sales experience with a track record of hitting targets

*

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

*

Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven by commission and results

*

Ability to work independently, manage your own territory, and deliver outstanding sales performance
