Are you an experienced Financial Administrator with a background in a St. James’s Place (SJP) Partner Practice?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, client-focused wealth management firm in Northwest London, where you’ll provide vital support to advisers and play a key role in delivering outstanding client service.
The Role
As Financial Administrator, you will:
- Manage end-to-end new business processing and submissions
- Prepare annual review documentation and client reports
- Process disinvestments and update CFR records accurately
- Handle Letters of Authority (LOAs) and liaise with providers
- Maintain client data in line with FCA and internal compliance standards
- Support advisers with research, case preparation, and client servicing
- Play an active role in client acquisition and retention strategies
- Assist with high-volume activity across a broad client base, from entry-level to HNW portfolios
About You
Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an SJP Partner Practice
Solid understanding of SJP systems, including CFR and case submissions
Strong financial administration background, ideally with some paraplanning exposure
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator with both clients and providers
Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
