Salary: £38-42,000 DOE

Leading the technical delivery of complex projects across multiple sectors
Producing and overseeing the preparation of coordinated technical drawings and construction packages
Liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities
Managing and submitting planning and building regulations applications
Conducting site inspections, ensuring compliance, quality control, and technical accuracy
Driving project delivery in line with programme, budget, and design objectivesThe Ideal Candidate:

Holds a relevant qualification in architectural technology or a related discipline
Extensive UK experience at a senior level, with a proven track record in technical delivery
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations, standards, and construction detailing
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
Ability to manage and mentor junior team members while overseeing multiple projects
Sector experience in retail, logistics, and commercial architecture is highly desirable
