Are you passionate about helping children learn, grow, and thrive? We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team in Bury St Edmunds.
About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support pupils learning and development across the school. Your role will involve working with individuals, small groups, and occasionally supporting whole-class activities. You will help create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment where every child can achieve their best.

Key Responsibilities
· Supporting pupils with their learning, both academically and emotionally
· Assisting the class teacher with planning, preparation, and classroom organisation
· Working with small groups or individual pupils to reinforce learning
· Helping to create a safe, positive, and stimulating environment
· Supporting children with additional needs where required
· Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

Were Looking For
· A caring, patient, and proactive individual
· Strong communication skills
· Ability to build rapport with children
· A team player with a positive attitude
· Experience in a school setting (desirable but not essential)
· Relevant qualifications such as Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant (preferred but not required)
