Job Title: Registered Branch Manager - Bracknell Branch

Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Registered Branch Manager to lead our clients Bracknell Branch. This branch is currently delivering between (Apply online only) hours of care per week. It supports a range of client needs and is poised for growth, having recently split from a neighbouring branch to explore future franchise opportunities.

As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for:

Driving business growth and increasing care hours and revenue

*

Managing and supporting a small team, including two part-time Field Care Supervisors

*

Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care

*

Supporting the development of the branch into a high-performing and scalable operation

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a domiciliary/home care setting

*

Demonstrated success in business development and branch growth

*

Excellent leadership and people management skills

*

NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or working towards)

Additional Information:

Some initial travel to our Banbury and Epsom branches may be required for training and mentoring
