• 1 in 4 Saturdays: 08:00 – 12:00

The Opportunity

We are recruiting for an experienced Service Manager to join a well-established automotive dealership in Ipswich.

The Role

Reporting into senior management, you will take full responsibility for the service department, leading a team of 10 staff and ensuring operational, commercial and customer service excellence.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing, motivating and developing the service and workshop teams
• Delivering exceptional customer experience
• Monitoring and driving departmental KPIs, productivity and profitability
• Maintaining strong manufacturer relationships and compliance standards
• Driving customer retention while actively attracting new business
• Creating a positive, engaged and high-performing team environment
• Demonstrating ambition to be a top-performing dealership within the network

The Ideal Candidate

You will be:

• An experienced Automotive Service Manager or Aftersales Manager with a minimum of 2 years’ management experience
• A strong leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
• Commercially aware with a keen eye for detail
• Customer-focused and results-driven
• Holder of a full UK driving licence
