We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Programmer / Operator / Setter to join our established precision engineering team, manufacturing high-quality components for press tools.

Offline Programming (essential)

This is a permanent, full-time day shift role with excellent pay, working in a modern, well-equipped environment.

🔍 Role Overview:

*

Offline programming of CNC machines using CAM software

*

Setting and operating CNC mills and/or lathes for one-off and small batch components

*

Producing precision parts for press tools to exact tolerances

*

Reading and working from engineering drawings

*

Ensuring quality control standards are met throughout production

✅ What We're Looking For:

Proven CNC programming experience, including offline programming (essential)

*

Confident in setting and operating CNC machines

*

Experience in toolmaking or manufacturing parts for press tools preferred

*

Ability to read technical drawings and work independently

*

A methodical, detail-focused approach to machining and quality

💰 Salary & Hours:

Up to £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

*

Permanent, full-time position

*

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
