Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts Administrator to support the management and administration of contracts within our projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring contractual compliance, mitigating risk, and supporting project delivery through effective contract management practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Preparation & Review:

    • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, subcontracts, and service agreements.
    • Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Contract Administration:

    • Maintain accurate records of all contract documentation and correspondence.
    • Monitor contract performance and ensure all parties meet their obligations.
    • Track key dates, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely execution.
  • Risk & Compliance Management:

    • Identify and escalate potential contractual risks or issues.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and client requirements.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:

    • Liaise with internal departments (engineering, procurement, finance) and external stakeholders (clients, subcontractors, suppliers).
    • Support project teams with contractual queries and guidance.
  • Reporting & Documentation:

    • Prepare regular reports on contract status, variations, claims, and close-outs.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Proven experience in contract administration within the engineering, construction, or manufacturing sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management software.
Desirable Skills:
  • Knowledge of project management principles.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
