A motivated Project Manager is required to join a growing construction consultancy based in South London. This Project Manager role will see the Project Manager delivering residential, education and mixed-use schemes across Greater London. The Project Manager will oversee projects from pre-construction through to handover. You must have prior construction consultancy experience as a Project Manager to be considered for this role.

This Project Manager opportunity is ideal for a Project Manager seeking increased responsibility within a supportive and expanding consultancy environment.

The Project Manager will:

• Lead residential and education schemes up to £60m

• Manage project programmes and delivery strategies

• Administer JCT contracts

• Coordinate architects, engineers and consultants

• Oversee contractor performance

• Monitor cost plans alongside Quantity Surveyors

• Chair weekly site meetings

• Prepare monthly progress reports

• Manage change control and variations

• Ensure compliance with planning and statutory requirements

The Project Manager will have:

• 3-6 years' consultancy experience

• MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM (preferred)

• Strong residential or education project history

• Good contract administration knowledge

• Confident stakeholder management skills

• £50,000 - £60,000
