Mellior Construction Ltd are looking to recruit a Multi-Site Operative to assist the Buildings & Lettings Manager on our projects in the Islington and Hammersmith area of London. The successful candidate will be required to but not limited to the following tasks:

* Undertake reactive maintenance and defect remediation works on behalf of the business

* Uphold the professional image of Mellior prior, during and post completion.

* Ensure sites are cleaned and well maintained.

* Maintain and enhance contractor Client relationships.

* Ensure appropriate maintenance of all company equipment i.e. Van, Tool Kits etc.

* Provide professional reactive customer support undertaking repairs to a high-quality standard ensuring end user/client satisfaction.

* Assist in the diagnostic/review of aftercare issues prior to the implementation of an appropriate remediation strategy.

* Liaise with sub-contractors and 3rd parties to ensure appropriate remediation response.

* Provide out of hours - call out response/support in emergency situations.

* Assist in project handover inspections.

* Provide additional support to site teams as and when required.

* Provide in-depth repair reports to Buildings & Lettings Manager.

* Assist in ensuring Mellior Response to defects are managed in accordance with RP's, Clients, Housing associations outlined response times.

* Assist in optimising Mellior Group Aftercare/Retention Accounts.
