We are based in Southend and are seeking dedicated individuals with warehouse experience, particularly in Goods In, to enhance our operations. This role offers a dynamic work environment focused on efficiency, teamwork, and positive workplace culture.
Day-to-day of the role: - Efficiently handle, store, and distribute products within the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organised, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
- Ability to work a continental shift pattern (4 days on, 4 days off).
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good communication skills and a team player attitude.
- Experience driving a counterbalance forklift truck is advantageous.
