Engage Education are currently recruiting on behalf of a Special Needs School based in Slough looking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their team. You should have a passion for education and should strive to help students progress in their education. Our client supports students at the ages of 4-11 with challenging behaviour and ASC who believe that all their young people should have the opportunity to achieve their maximum potential; to develop academically and socially to the best of their ability.

You should have:

Degree or HLTA Qualification

*

Experience covering lessons

Ideally prior experience working with young people with SEN/SEMH is desirable as the role can be an intense and truly unique experience - the school will need you to hit the ground running!
