Hoop Nursing are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse, to manage a 45-bedded unit in the Vale of Glamorgan area.

As the Unit Manager, you will report directly to the Home Manager and will be responsible for overseeing the nurse and care team of your unit, providing strong clinical advice and support, when required.

This is a mainly supernumerary post, though occasional shift will be required.

Essential

* Must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse

* Must have Lead Nurse experience

* Must have experience with Dementia Care

* Must have an active Nursing PIN
