Rate of Pay: Starting: £53,153, after probation: £55,761, after two years £59,029

Role Description:

We are recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager for our fantastic Children's Home in Formby. The home is a residential setting for up to six young people SEMH.

Clumber Lodge is a warm, welcoming and safe family environment, where our dedicated, experienced qualified colleagues provide the best care for vulnerable, traumatised and disadvantaged children and young people

The post holder would be responsible for the day-to-day management of a children's residential setting which involves overseeing the smooth operation of the home to ensure a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for all residents. This role requires balancing the immediate needs of the young people with the long-term goals of ensuring we achieve positive outcomes. The successful candidate would always prioritise the safety and well-being of the young people living in our home.

Experience and Skills:

* You are committed, driven, have person centred values and want to make a difference to the lives of young people

* You have an NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People or equivalent and also a level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management Children & Young People (the latter could be willing to work towards)

* You have considerable management experience working with young people in a residential setting

* You are a dedicated and compassionate leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Hours of work: 39 hours per week
