In-House Head of Legal - Cambridgeshire

Global organisation currently looking to appoint an In-House Head of Legal.

We have been exclusively instructed on a new excited opportunity for an In-House Head of Legal . Being part of the director level group, you will lead the legal function on company matters for the group, which will include general commercial agreements, data protection, regulatory and overseeing acquisitions.

Candidate Requirements

Senior level Lawyer, either qualified or non-qualified
In-House or Private Practice background, ideally with a minimum of six years experience
Exposure within the Tech, Med-Tech or Pharma sectors would be an advantage, but is not essential
Experience in drafting, reviewing and advising on a broad range of commercial contracts/agreements
Additional exposure within data protection, compliance, regulatory and acquisitions
Be able to implement business systems and processes
Be able to work at director level with key decision makers
Personable and able to liaise with external support functions
Have the ability to supervise a small legal teamSalary at £70,000.00 - £110,00.00 per annum plus excellent benefits. Hybrid working within a minimum one day a week in the office.
