We're supporting a leading organisation on an exciting transformation journey as they implement a new CRM platform across Sales, Marketing, and Service.

They're looking for an experienced Business Process Manager to play a key role in shaping how the business operates moving forward. Business Process Manager - CRM Transformation
Key Responsibilities

Engage with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Service, IT, and Operations to understand business needs
Lead process mapping workshops to capture current-state and define future-state processes
Challenge existing ways of working to identify efficiencies and improvements
Translate requirements into clear documentation for both technical and non-technical teams
Work closely with CRM implementation partners to ensure processes are accurately reflected in system design
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including scenario creation and coordination
Own and manage the risk and issue register, ensuring proactive mitigation
Contribute to change management activities, supporting communication, training, and user adoption

Essential Skills/ Experience

Proven experience in Business Process Management, Business Analysis, or similar
Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience working with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot)
Confident communicator with the ability to simplify complex ideas
Highly organised, with experience managing risks, issues, and dependenciesDesirable:

Experience delivering CRM implementations across multiple business functions
Understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service processes
Exposure to change management or continuous improvement methodologies
