A specialist, Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy, renowned for their luxurious project portfolio, are seeking a motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

Based in Southwest London, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a close-knit team who specialise in working on super-prime, high-end projects primarily within the residential sector (some commercial too).

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor shall join a collaborative team, and work alongside them to deliver a first class, pre and post contract service for confidential, private clients.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Completed a Construction related degree
MRICS would be a plus but not essential
Residential project experience - prime/high-end would be ideal
Good pre contract knowledge
Experience within a PQS / Consultancy environmentIn Return
