We at Work Lyf Group are seeking a talented and driven Head Chef to lead our clients kitchen team and oversee all aspects of kitchen operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about food, team development, and delivering consistently high standards.

Responsibilities:

* Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and team growth

* Plan and manage staff rotas to maintain efficient coverage across shifts

* Oversee ordering and stock control, ensuring freshness and minimizing waste

* Develop seasonal menus and maintain high standards of presentation and taste

* Ensure full compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations

* Monitor kitchen performance and implement improvements where needed

* Develop seasonal menus and ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation

* Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance

Requirements:

* Proven experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef

* Strong leadership and communication skill

* Solid understanding of kitchen operations, budgeting, and cost control

* Passion for quality, creativity, and team development

Hours:

48 per week between the hours of12:00 and 21:00
