An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Nursery Manager to join a beautiful, purpose-built nursery with large, airy rooms and stunning private garden.

About You

You’ll be an experienced Nursery Manager with a proven ability to lead high-performing teams and achieve strong Ofsted outcomes. Your leadership style will be collaborative, nurturing, and focused on quality.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Nursery Manager in an Ofsted-rated Good or Outstanding setting.
  • Strong track record of achieving or maintaining Good/Outstanding Ofsted ratings.
  • In-depth knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and childcare legislation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • A genuine passion for creating inspiring learning environments where both children and staff flourish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a dedicated team of early years professionals.
  • Maintain and enhance the nursery’s Good Ofsted rating, working towards excellence across all areas.
  • Ensure full compliance with Ofsted and EYFS standards, safeguarding, and health and safety procedures.
  • Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and the local community.
  • Oversee curriculum planning, staff development, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage budgets, staffing levels, and occupancy to support sustainable growth.
