The Role A leading international company is looking for a proactive Operations Coordinator to join its growing Wellingborough site. This role sits within a specialist contract team supporting a key global e-commerce client, giving you exposure to a highly dynamic, tech-driven logistics operation.You’ll become a key link between onsite teams, senior programme management and third-party logistics partners—helping keep performance sharp, workflows smooth and continuous improvement front and centre.
What You’ll Be Doing - Supporting the Senior Operations Programme Manager with day-to-day site administration, corrective actions and performance tracking
- Co-ordinating training activities for 3PL leadership and ensuring standard processes are consistently followed
- Liaising with transport teams to maintain accurate driver arrival and departure data
- Assisting with value-added service projects, including re-work and software configuration tasks
- Contributing to operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
- Drafting, updating and maintaining SOPs in partnership with the onsite Process Engineer
- Managing product removals workflows with complete accuracy
- Supporting communication between fulfilment centres, logistics service providers and the onsite operations team
- Sharing KPI reports and collaborating with partners to review performance and drive improvements
What We’re Looking ForYou’ll be a strong fit if you bring:
- Experience within warehousing, 3PL or logistics (advantageous but not essential)
- Confident administration skills and solid computer literacy
- Good working knowledge of scanners, WMS platforms, and Microsoft Excel/Docs
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a busy, high-volume environment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear communication skills and a positive, team-focused mindset
- A reliable, adaptable attitude and comfort switching between tasks
- Understanding of safe manual handling practices
