An opportunity has arisen to join a leading Social Housing provider across the Bristol and Bath area on a permanent basis, with a van provided.The position as an Electrician is within the Planned Works department, and primarily involves carrying out installations and refurbishments on the affordable housing kitchens and bathrooms.Responsibilities would primarily include:

• To carry out inspections and installations on the electrical side of the kitchens and bathrooms
• To carry out the dynamic risk assessments for each task
• To ensure customers are kept informed throughout the process

The ideal person for this role would have:

• Experience working with electrical installations in a domestic setting
• Level 3 on Electrical Installations or equivalent
• Skilled to BS7671:AMD3 and have experience in testing to BS7671:2008 and A3:2015.
