Remedy Tutors is seeking dedicated and adaptable tutors to provide one-to-one tuition for secondary-aged students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). We work to ensure every learner receives personalised support to help them succeed academically and build confidence.

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver lessons tailored to the individual needs of each student

Adapt teaching methods and resources to suit different learning styles and abilities

*

Support students with preparation for GCSEs or other secondary assessments

*

Monitor and report progress to parents, carers, and our support team

*

Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

Requirements:

*

Experience working with secondary-aged students with SEN (QTS or specialist qualifications preferred but not essential)

*

Strong subject knowledge in one or more core secondary subjects (English, Mathematics, Science)

*

Excellent communication and organisational skills

*

Ability to adapt and differentiate learning materials

*

Patience, empathy, and resilience

*
