Role: Operations Manager
Location: Chicksands
Salary: up to £42000

Lead from the front in this hands-on role managing maintenance and response works across a busy Defence estate. We're looking for a driven leader with experience in building services, property maintenance, or engineering who's ready to take ownership and make an impact.

What You'll Do:

Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality
Coordinate contractors and in-house teams to deliver planned and reactive works
Oversee small projects from start to finish
Act as the go-to contact for site-level issues and stakeholder needs
Control budgets, monitor performance, and drive value for moneyWhat You'll Bring:

HNC (or equivalent experience) in a building/mechanical discipline
Strong leadership, decision-making, and organisational skills
