Salary varies: Intermediate up to £50k and Senior Quantity Surveyor up to £65k

The Role - Quantity Surveyor

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be based in their office in Market Deeping (Peterborough) with site visits, sites are within 1.5 hours of their office.

You will be joining a commercial team of 10 led by an Associate Director.

You will be working on projects ranging from around £4m-£15m, mostly social housing contracts under JCT D&B.

The right person - Quantity Surveyor

You will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor with residential experience - either with a main contractor or a private or PLC developer

You will be qualified to HNC or above in a construction related discipline
