A warm, nurturing and child-centred day nursery in Worcester (WR4 area) is seeking a Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a patient, caring and motivated practitioner who enjoys working in a busy, rewarding Early Years environment.

About the Role

You will be working 37.5 hours per week, on a rota between 8:00am and 6:00pm, covering one of the following shifts each day:

* 8:00am - 4:00pm

* 9:00am - 5:00pm

* 10:00am - 6:00pm

Each shift includes a 0.5 hour unpaid break (7.5 paid hours per day).
No evenings or weekends.
Overtime is available between 8:00am-6:00pm.

You will be primarily supporting children aged 18 months to 2.5 years, providing high-quality care, following children's interests, and supporting their individual needs.

The nursery supports a diverse community, including children who may require additional emotional and developmental support. They are looking for someone who is calm, patient and confident supporting children with varied needs.

Interview Process
