We are looking to recruit a Team Manager in the Fostering Team within Havering. The successful candidate will be working in a well-structured, organised team who are growing their social worker staffing levels.

The responsibilities of the Team Manager includes:
 
Ability to manage a caseload of complex and challenging cases
Capability to support the Group manager in maintaining and developing high standards across the team
Represent the service in developing key service provision or strategy initiatives
Provide coaching and mentoring within the team as well as effective case management and high quality written work
To ideal candidate will have:
Social Work England registration
Eligibility to work in the UK
Social Work qualified (MA/BSc/DipSW/CQSW/MSc/BA)
